TMS Content

The RosettaBridge Content page shows locations and status of content and transfers at your site.

Content usage, KDM status, CPL metadata such as end credits time codes can be managed.

The Content page shows locations of content reported from all site devices on the site network.

Content housekeeping such as deleting content no longer required and in use can be performed

The Storage, Transfer and Keys tabs provide access to content screens used to manage site storage, site transfers and KDMs available at the site.


The basic view provides content status information


The Detailed view provides graphical site location information


Content Search Filtering

Content can be filtered by name, type or error status

Additional filtering options are available by expanding the content filter options and selecting required content filter.

For example content in use in a scheduled playlists using the “Booked” filter.


SHIFT Select to Multiselect

  1. Click to select first piece of content

  2. Press SHIFT key and click another content

  3. All content between these two selections is now highlight

CTRL Select to Multiselect

  1. Click to select first piece of content

  2. Press CTRL key and click other required content

  3. Only the selected content is now highlighted

Selecting Content

Clicking to Select Content will expand information and allows actions to be applied to the content.

CPL Data

Displays CPL data from the content selected

Info

TMS entered metadata linked to the content CPL

Playlists

Which playlists are using this content

Sites

Location of this content in your domain


Content Metadata

Content CPL metadata such as end credits time codes can be centrally managed.

CPLs can be grouped together as “Films”

Tags

CPLs can be tagged. The functional tag is used to select a CPL from Film group.

Ratings

Country specific content ratings can be defined

Rating tag

Ratings can be marked is embedded in CPL or a rating DCP can be linked to the feature. Whenever the feature CPL is added to a playlist the linked rating is also added

Markers

Timecode for intermission and Endcredits can be set for a feature CPL

Required in all Auditoriums

Content can be marked for transfer to all auditoriums a sites and end date for this requirement can also be set

Permanent

Prevent all local site users from deleting the content

Applying Content Metadata

  1. Select the required feature CPL



  2. Select the Info tab

  3. Select End credits and enter required timecode

  4. Select Save to apply timecode
